The Heart of Lake EPIC’s Summer Accommodations
Lake EPIC’s primary summer accommodations are its 27 wooden cabins, built in the 1980s. Over the years, they have become quite run-down, with outdated interiors and visible wear and tear. While each cabin includes a private bathroom and can house up to six guests, they are in serious need of renovation.
To create a more welcoming and comfortable stay, we are committed to renovating 15 cabins by July 19, 2025, transforming them into refreshed and inviting spaces for our visitors.
Cost of materials for each cabin, including full bathroom - $7,300.
